nutritional reductionism is very misleading and just because honey contains fructose or fruit contains fructose those do not perform the same physiologically and animal or human models as isolated fructose or fructose and glucose disaccharide at sucrose in human studies
when we're looking at Research into how these things affect humans we need to be careful that we don't conflate research with high fructose corn syrup or beverages that are likely to contain high fructose corn syrup and say that all sugar-containing foods fruit honey Etc are harmful for humans

Do not conflate research with high fructose corn syrup right with naturally occurring sugar in fruit fruit juice and honey or maple syrup they're not the same thing.

I do agree with you that that that is certainly different than processed sugar and straight sugar on its own 100 and you know high fructose corn syrup and sucrose and all that sort of stuff
hose corn syrup is a very processed food it's an ultr processed form of sugar and it should not be conflated with the naturally occurring sucrose or you know this disaccharide of fructose and glucose in Fruit honey things like this
