it breaks down into around 200 grams of protein around 250 grams of carbohydrates and around 150 to 160 grams of fat
I'm getting 22% of my calories from protein 31% is carbs and 48% is fat and this tends to be where I end up without really thinking about this I'm not pushing these in any direction but I usually get around 30 to 35% of my calories from carbohydrates around 45 to 50% from fat and probably around 20% from protein that seems to work really well for me
So, I just really focus on proteins and getting my essential fats right and and getting high enough there and then the rest is like carbs.
