I've my raw dairy experiment has now failed times for for me I get like itchiness and my beard my scalp gets kind of itchy in the past I had recurrence recrudescence of eczema and doesn't seem to work well for me despite doing like raw goat's milk so yeah didn't work for me
personally I've tried so hard to have dairy in my diet because it's delicious and every time I do it whether its raw a 1 a 2 goat sheep whatever magic you know like angel milk I I still get eczema and autoimmunity and flaky skin and itchy skin and my eczema flares a little bit no matter what I do
