so I do appreciate so much what animal foods can do for health yeah they're they're critical for health and I think there's all this nuanced discussion about how much on every each person should do
i am super passionate about correcting the lies in this week's podcast with nina we are talking about correcting the lies that have been foist upon us for 60 years that red meat is bad for us that saturated fat is bad for us and this is hurting us as a people as we go into great detail on in this podcast and the success of my book will change the course of history i believe and that's not to be hyperbolic or prideful or conceited it's just that a book about the carnivore diet challenges so many of the long-held notions of what is healthy and i think it could improve thousands hundreds of thousands millions of lives getting onto something like the new york times bestseller list which is absolutely a goal of mine that i absolutely believe will happen with the second edition of the book will change things in a big way and we'll send a huge message that so many people are getting healthy and sort of questioning the dogma that is probably wrong as you all know i'm not saying everyone needs to eat only meat but i definitely believe that animal foods deserve a place in everyone's diet and are a huge part of what makes us healthy and optimal and plant foods exist on a spectrum of toxicity so those are the tenants of a carnivore diet as you know so check out my book the carnivore codebook.com thank you for your support with pre-orders
we know that animal foods are super nutritious especially organs in addition to meat that's why we do what we do at hardened soil we make the desiccated organ supplements to help you guys get more organs in your diet and animal foods are clearly the source of most of our nutrition as humans

but uh I still stand by the fact that meat and organs are incredibly healthy for humans
