first off they're not gay the necessary nutrients there because most people aren't doing nose-to-tail like you talked about right so lacking fats
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I love ribeye so that's all I'm gonna have or I love you know tenderloin or sirloin or whatever but but you know that's you're not getting the you know all of the essential components of a diet and that may be and yet I still see people are doing okay you know on the carnivore diet so far but I mean look after the Irish potato famine those guys lived on seaweed and shoe leather for six months the human body is quite resilient it's very resilient and we see that even in like plant-based diets right there's a little bit of an event horizon yeah you know you take it out six months eight months a year then you look happy yeah really doing and you know I like I said I believe that animal foods are clearly the most nutrient rich and bioavailable so you can do a lot worse than beef bacon and eggs yeah for a diet but I would agree with you completely that in my opinion that's a dirty carnivore diet just like dirty keto or dirty paleo or whatever yeah that's a that's a dirty karna diet and we can dig into some of the nuance there but I think that there's a there's a it's intentional you know it's like Tim Ferriss has this saying or at least that's where I think I saw it not simple not complex yeah it's not a simple fix it's not just rib eyes and bacon yeah don't think that's the optimal way to do it and and like you said if you just do that I believe people are gonna get nutrient deficiencies and those may take years to show up and then we're just getting to be less than optimal gradually yeah etc etc so yes the construction of it is not complex but it's not simple like you said it's really eating the whole animal in an intentional way and just being a little bit considerate of where different nutrients are coming from it all comes together really elegantly yeah pretty easily yeah it's not as simple as like beef and bacon
