and then I think if you doing that and you're eating animal foods you'll get plenty of omega-3 I don't think you have to worry about omega-3 in the same way that you have to worry about omega-6 start with omega-6 make it 3% of your diet there abouts get rid of the junk foods that have high amounts think about the corn soy fed chicken and pork it might be enriching in your diet do the calculations and then don't worry about omega-3 because if you're eating grass-fed ruminant animals you'll get plenty of omega-3 even grain-fed ruin animals laughs omega-3 you'll get enough you'll be fine metabolically you'll be healthy
