this is because there are unique nutrients in these things that aren't found in muscle meat and they really definitely aren't found in plants
simply put i think that getting more organs in your life will enhance your overall health no matter who you are
and yet another reason to get organs in your diet like we make it hard in soil so i love this stuff
you must get organs in your diet as well or i believe that that's going to level up your diet in a massive massive way
so you get some organs like liver or heart so you get the new unique nutrients found in those
getting organs in your life is a huge upgrade to your nutrition
