where is vitamin e in an animal it's in the muscles so why would we get sufficient if we're eating an animal nose-to-tail
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

there's probably tons of vitamin A excuse me vitamin E in grass-fed animal fat and my vitamin E and the vitamin E of many carnivores I work with is above the reference range there's tons of vitamin E on a carnivore diet
and every time i've checked myself or my patients the vitamin e level is really high normal so i think that there's just an inadequacy in the way the usda and other agencies have tested vitamin e and animal fat
so it's very clear people are not getting vitamin e deficient eating animal fat and why would they animal fat is going to contain a fat soluble vitamin like vitamin e
i don't know that anyone has ever looked at the amount of vitamin e in animal fat but it must be very high when i have checked my vitamin e levels and my clients vitamin e levels on an animal based diet vitamin e is at the upper rent range of normal sometimes even above that upper range of normal so it's very clear people are not getting vitamin e deficient eating animal fat

i think that the usda stuff is probably not super accurate and vitamin e is in animal foods and it's fat soluble i'm pretty sure animal fat is full of vitamin e and whenever i've tested my vitamin d levels they're high normal they're like topped off and i don't do vitamin e supplements i don't i don't do nuts like if you look at the usda people would say oh you're not getting enough vitamin e and i'm going i'm thinking man animals that animal fat i'm pretty sure has plenty of vitamin e and i can show you on my labs labs of multiple people
