at least by my read of the literature, indeed alcohol does seem to be quite bad for our health beyond... I think it's pretty clear that not drinking is better for your health than drinking at all.
But I think that it's pretty clear that alcohol is bad for us certainly past a certain two drink a week limit.
And as I just told you, by all means, do not drink more than two drinks per week. And zero is better than two.
we know it's not good for you. You'll live a shorter life um and has a bunch of other issues with it and what happens when people drink together etc. that can often not be good.
