Know your fasting insulin and make sure it is <5miu/ml!
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
Know your fasting insulin and make sure it is <5miu/ml!
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

fasting insulin (<3uIU/ml optimal)
fasting insulin: <5 uIU/mL
if I see anybody with a passing insulin about 4 or 5 I think of them as like that's not what I want I want to see you fasting insulin less than 4 or 5
my goal for insulin for people is less than 4
the ideal here is having insulin less than 9
a fasting insulin of of above 5 is probably abnormal for most people
and i personally would consider something above four or five to be abnormal
i think is a great place to see your fasting insulin if you're curious about how i did the conversion of those units you can just look up any sort of insulin unit conversion and see that 21 picomole per liter is 3.024 micro iu per ml
fasting insulin should be less than five or six i prefer it even less than three micro iu per ml
which is why i believe that test is so important for humans
it is five micro iu per ml that is your target if you are less than five micro io per ml you are insulin sensitive by my by my uh by my estimation
your fasting insulin should be less than five micro iu per ml
would want to see as like a healthy fasting insulin less than 5 micro iu per ml
fasting insulin should be less than 5 micro iu per ml
basically you want to know your insulin sensitivity if you get nothing else get a fasting insulin and that will change the face if medicine should be less than 5 micro iu per ml
the range that i'd like to see at fasting insulin at is less than 5 micro iu per ml
The easiest way is to get a fasting insulin checked. And a fasting insulin should be less than five, ideally less than three micro IU per ml.
what should it be it should be less than five ideally it should be less than three micro IU per ml
what should it be it should be less than five ideally it should be less than three micro IU per ml
I'd like to see it under five uh for sure... somewhere in there and probably two or three being the absolute sweet spot
and I would say anything below five micro IU per ml is what you want so a fasting insulin of less than five
My fasting insulin is here 3.0 consistently right on the money there that's the most important test of any test you could ever get
My fasting insulin is here 3.0 consistently right on the money there that's the most important test of any test you could ever get and yet no doctors do it so get a fasting insulin guys and tell me what your results are
if your insulin is really much above four or five then you need to think about what is causing insulin resistance
any fasting insulin above 5 micro IU per ml is too high
I would say that any fasting insulin above five micro IU per ml is too high
I think for a healthy human a fasting insulin should be less than five micro IU per ml
everyone I know that's healthy is less than five
everyone I know that's healthy is less than five
What is his insulin fasting insulin? You want it to be less than five microou per ml. Do you use that threshold, too? Is that reasonable?
So fasting insulin, if a person can get their fasting insulin measured, do it. If that measurement is six microunits per mill or less, it's a great sign.
