I used each for 90 days & both were effective in getting my intracellular NAD levels to age 16 equivalent, 31 yr age reversal as semi-indirect bioage marker.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
NR vs NMN 180 day trial results: both worked to get my intracellular NAD to level age 16 equivalent (recent 54.6μM)
NR vs NMN? I used each for 90 days & both were effective in getting my intracellular NAD levels to age 16 equivalent, 31 yr age reversal as semi-indirect bioage marker.

Niogen, yeah, I um I do NR with Niogen. We tried NMN uh and NR both increase my intracellular NAD levels to age 16. So they both work.
they both worked they both allowed me to achieve NAD levels equal to a 16 year old
NR generated even higher levels of NMN.
Now, again, you raise the question. We have no idea if it's getting in the mitochondria. Is it getting in the cell? Is it getting in the... Now, we do know in animal studies, I think that has been shown that... Because it's affecting the mitochondria, like I said, those animal models of myopathy and stuff and mitochondrial function was improved and all that stuff. So in animal models, it obviously is affecting mitochondrial function. So it must be getting to the right place.
