Nobody knows what truly healthy eating is.
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.
Nobody knows what truly healthy eating is.
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i don't think there's one right diet for every single human out there i think there's there are many variations of diets that could be right for different people
not one diet fits all now there are certain principles and certain people can do well with certain foods but there isn't one single diet for everyone
i do not believe there is one diet that is going to be optimal for all humans
Again, what works best for me may not work well for you, but maybe there are some of you watching who do have food sensitivities and will find value in that.
the optimal strategy isn't there's no one-size-fits-all i guess would be the way i'd say it right different people are going to have different needs nutritionally and what works really well for one person you know may not work at all for another person
