I like to pair those with healthy sources of carbohydrates like fruit and honey…
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
Just eat meat, organs, fruit, honey and raw dairy = animal-based!
this is sort of the beauty of an animal-based diet in my opinion a diet that's mostly animal meat and organs with some of the least toxic carbohydrates from fruit and honey
how much fruit or honey is too much it's too much when that amount of fruit and honey makes you so full that you can't get in meat and organs which i believe are the center of an animal-based diet
so I focus my diet on organs meat fruit honey and raw dairy that's an animal-based diet but if you want to eat vegetables in your diet knock yourself out
again an animal- based diet is organs and meat the foods that I believe are the most sought after by humans throughout our existence the hza clearly favor these Foods in their diet and are always wanting to hunt and then with the addition of the least toxic sources of carbohydrates fruit and honey and raw dairy as a recent addition
most of you know that I Define a quote unquote animal-based diet as something like a carnivore diet but with the addition of some least toxic sources of carbohydrates specifically things like fruit and honey
the latter being defined in my mind as organs either fresh or desiccated like we make at heart and soil supplements organs meat fruit the least toxic plant food honey and raw dairy
to that I will add my carbohydrate sources after the honey from fruit papaya bananas avocados of fruit
an animal-based diet is a term that I've used to encapsulate a way of thinking about the human diet that I've arrived at after years of research writing a book about the carnivore diet personal experiences working with patients and clients to do this and it's a diet that is kind of based on a carnivore diet it starts with meat and organs but as I found personally and so many of you have found adding some carbon hydrates especially in what I believe are the least toxic forms fruit and honey into your diet or even Dairy raw dairy this results in a kind of a sweet spot where you're getting lots of nutrients from meat and organs and you're also getting carbohydrates so you don't run into hormone deficits sleep problems mood problems longer term physiologic insulin resistance becoming problematic for humans electrolyte problems Etc that often accompany zero carb or very low carb restricted diets long term
this is an animal-based diet
an animal-based diet is meat and organs as the centerpiece an animal-based diet is animal Foods as the centerpiece meat or organs eggs dairy cheese as a centerpiece and then carbohydrates from the least toxic sources of carbohydrates namely fruit the colorful parts of plants which are fruit fruit juices honey has a lot of good evidence for it that I've shared in the past even maple syrup appears to be totally benign or even beneficial for humans because it's a good source of Manganese
so an animal-based diet is organs and meat the most nutrient-rich foods for humans that I've ever seen prized by hunter-gatherers throughout Revolution clearly prized today organs and meat for protein and nutrients and some animal fats Dairy preferably raw dairy as an animal food that is nutritious for humans and a source of calcium and other unique nutrients eggs animal foods and then a carbohydrate source for humans from fruit and honey which I believe to be the least toxic sources of carbohydrates so an animal based diet is succinctly put Oregon's meat fruit honey raw dairy
a diet that's basically meat and fruit I think you get the best of both worlds you get nutrient-rich meat and organs either fresh or desiccated like hardened soil supplements and then you're getting carbohydrates from fruit which I believe is the least toxic way to get your carbohydrates and honey
so I think an animal-based diet which is something I'm a huge fan of organs either fresh or desiccated like make it hard in soil meat grass-fed meat good fats from animals fruit honey I've done many podcasts and why I don't fear those listened to the podcast last week with Georgie if you're fearful of fructose and then raw dairy this is a great diet
this is an animal- based diet meat organs fruit honey raw dairy it's how I feel the best and it's helped a lot of people with gut issues or autoimmune conditions
think about animal based meat, organs, fruit, honey, raw dairy.
