Humans are NOT meant to eat these highly processed oils.
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.
Humans are NOT meant to eat these highly processed oils.
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

step 3 is to remove all industrial seed oils from your diet this is canola this is corn oil this is peanut oil this is soybean oil safflower sunflower grapeseed oil none of these things are naturally oily you have to put them through they have to go to a factory and be submitted to all kinds of chemicals and deodorants and and and and all kinds of crap you don't need your body
if you can't squeeze something and get oil out of it it's not a natural human consumable oil and that's the first three steps so what are examples of seed oils so canola corn oil soybean oil right safflower oil any of these oils that have to go they have to take the seeds to a factory right right right and do chemical things to them to make an oil and they have to use detergents and they have to use deodorants to get it to where it's even palatable for humans exactly that's not a natural oil you should not eat that
if your fasting insulin is above 5 micro iu per ml how you fix that is you eliminate seed oils that is corn canola safflower sunflower soybean etc grape seed all of those seed oils if it comes from a seed don't eat it look at your labels
these are corn canola safflower sunflower soybean peanut grape seed etc do not eat them
corn canola soybeans safflower sunflower grapeseed etc garbage
Do not use seed oils in your kitchen when you are cooking these are garbage they have no place in your food
seed oils extra virgin olive oil that's in plastic crusties pancake mix panko Japanese style breadcrumbs full of gluten those also have seed oils in them
we need to have some serious conversations with people who believe this and ask them in a respectful way how they can make claims that seed oils are healthy for humans in light of all the evidence I shared which is just the tip of the iceberg
and all of these seed oils are industrially processed oils and we're talking about corn canola sunflower safflower peanuts soybean what oils are good
seed oils are evolutionarily inconsistent we would never have done this as humans they're oils that are pressed from the seeds of plants but not pressed industrially processed from the seeds of plants
so these oils are toxic in so many different ways so don't be fooled by Propaganda here or what you're told by mainstream Health authorities these oils are harmful for humans they should never have become part of our food supply
seed oils are a horrible thing to cook with they have tons of polyunsaturated fats which are fats that have multiple dou bonds this makes the fats very susceptible to oxidation when you heat them I don't even think you should use them as a salad dressing if don't heat them because they've been heated refined bleached and deodorized even before they come to you and they're sitting in this plastic bottle on the Shelf of a grocery store for for God knows how long I believe that seed oils because of this heavy industrial processing are basically toxic for humans from the moment they end up on a grocery shelf and have no place in the human diet
think okay seed oils are a major introduction in the human diet a massive difference evolutionarily inappropriate inconsistent we never would have had refined bleach and deodorized oil like this previously
so these oils are toxic in so many different ways so don't be fooled by Propaganda here or what you're told by mainstream Health authorities these oils are harmful for humans they should never have become part of our food supply
there are multiple studies in both animal and human models showing clearly that seed oils like canola oil are harmful for us
