if you can get fresh organs that's amazing but if you can't desiccated organs work great for a lot of people

fresh is always best i think fresh organs are the best but a lot of people won't do fresh organs can't stand the taste or can't access them so how cool to build like a desiccated organ that is going to help a lot of people and make it so much easier
now i think that for for most women the desiccated organ supplements will be fine just keep it track of that homocysteine and even the blood levels of folate it's pretty hard to check blood labels levels of riboflavin but i do think fresh organs are are better than desiccated and we should recommend fresh organs first uh the desiccator are really there as a support system if people can't or they want more supplementation on top of the fresh organs

the fresh liver is better in my opinion but if you can't get that a capsule is not a bad option for you
