there's a pretty clear mechanism for over consumption of ultra-processed foods connecting linoleic acid with endogenous amandamides or the overproduction of endogenous minimize in this case i think would be you know exogenous essentially because it's coming from linoleic acid but things like 2ag and anandamide and that's been that's been worked out pretty well i think that's a pretty fascinating thing and it connects also with the drug ramona band which is a cannabinoid one receptor antagonist which is pretty clearly shown to abrogate appetite by blocking the cb1 receptor and you know potentially by blocking these these cannabinoids from the consumption of i would say evolutionarily inconsistent levels of linoleic acid
