Um, but I'm still I'm still like I said, I'm still getting within that range of like probably on average maybe 1.3 1.4 g per kilogram body weight. And it's really it's really worked well for me.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
But I personally am on the scale of 1.2 to 1.6 g per kilogram body weight, which >> per kilogram >> per kilogram, which is probably a little bit less than the pound.
my protein goal of one gram of protein per pound of body weight.
I'm 170 pounds maybe seven percent body fat so I'm looking for I don't know maybe 130 120 grams of protein a day it's pretty easy people may know that a pound of meat has about a hundred grams of protein so I'm only trying to get a pound of meat a day
I probably don't I don't on of protein maybe like 200 grams a day something like that
i like to get a gram of protein per pound of body weight at least a day right now i've been feeling really good with a little more than two pounds of meat per day i weigh about 170 pounds 165 so i'm definitely getting 1.1 1.2 sometimes even 1.3 grams of protein per pound of body weight every day
two pounds plus of meat per day like i talked about one gram of protein per pound of body weight to 1.25 grams of protein per pound of body weight
the protein breakdown here is 176 grams right about one gram of protein per pound of body weight which is what I recommend
if I'm aiming for around, you know, 150 to 200 grams of protein a day, so this is pretty high at the protein.
I'm thinking about getting one gram of protein from animal foods, either milk, this is raw milk, or meat, mostly from meat per pound of body weight.
and I get about 60 gram of protein in my first meal of the day which is really good.
