I’m always done eating by 6pm
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I do two meals a day usually and so I ate before we jumped on this call and I had two grass-fed steaks about 20 ounces of grass-fed organic steak with I also eat salmon roe which is a great source of phospholipid DHA and I ate some pasture raised duck egg yolks I don't eat the whites but I eat some pasture egg duck egg yolks raw and then I had a little bit of extra fat and tallow on my steak with collagen for glycine and sea salt and then I had some raw previously frozen liver for all the other complementary nutrients there so that's my nose-to-tail meal and I'll probably repeat something like that in early afternoon and that'll be the rest of my day I usually only need two two meals a day and I'll do like a mmm 16 to 18 our fasting window
I prefer to eat in the morning and in the afternoon and then skip dinner I I just I love skipping dinner I just don't I don't like eating after 4 p.m.
I like to eat uh early in the day. People who know my routine will know that I eat two meals a day. I try and eat them within a six hour window and I try and eat dinner by 3 or 4 pm.
And I definitely do intermittent fasting with a timerestricted eating window that is at least 16 hours every day.
when i saw that stuff i was like you know what i'm gonna push my window out 10 hours seems to be pretty good for me like i can pretty easily take my first bite to my last bite at 10 but not every day some days i'm in a 11 hour eating window and i just don't stress it that much
that's a 13-hour fast and an 11-hour eating window this is how i do it every day
it's 6 a.m about to get a surfing this is my breakfast i'm breaking the overnight fast it's small a little bit of goats milk kefir mango and a shot of honey
I generally eat a just one big massive meal a day and that's what I feel best doing and you know if I'm in ketosis that whole time or I'm in and out of ketosis I'm happy with that
I I I stop eating probably at least an hour or two before I go to sleep.
I stop eating about 2 to 3 hours before I go to sleep, and I try to stay off my phone for an hour before I go to sleep.
