this program is blueprint I basically said I will follow the scientific evidence and the data I do not have Choice ever if I go to a restaurant I cannot choose if I go to The Pantry I cannot choose because I know if I give myself the slightest window for Choice I'm gonna mess it up
important as I mentioned before my conscious mind is never consulted about what it wants to eat my body so these measurements ask my liver and my heart and my DNA methylation they need to thrive as biological processes and organs in my body and it generates data it says I'm happy in this way and I'm sad in these ways
we tried to design the perfect diet so it's currently 2250 calories and every calorie has to fight for its life so if it doesn't have an end point that we can measure and that has CL has evidence about extending life we don't do it
it took so much discipline to eat a minimal amount of calories to work out every day to sleep every night like I was really trying to hit perfect health as part of this blueprint protocol
I also eat blueprint because it's it's clean and I know it's clean cuz I see the lab reports myself
