Animal foods are arguably the most nutrient-dense foods for humans…
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
Animal foods are arguably the most nutrient-dense foods for humans…
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

there is nothing in plans nutritionally in terms of vitamins and minerals that we cannot get from animals in more highly bioavailable forms
animal foods have everything we need all the minerals all the nutrients in the most bioavailable forms so yeah plans and medications nearly killed someone
animals represent the optimal food for humans they have the most bioavailable forms of all the nutrients that humans need to function optimally without any anti nutrients that sounds like the optimal fuel to me
if we accept hey animal foods are the most nutrient dense foods on the planet you can eat that all the time now we become the best hunters on the planet
it would be very difficult to make an argument that animal foods were in any way inferior to plant foods in terms of nutrient bioavailability conversely I think it's pretty clear that animal foods are quite nutritive they have provide an incredible source of highly bioavailable nutrients
animal foods are the highest nutrient dense foods the nutrient-rich foods let's just say they have the most bioavailable nutrients with the least amount of toxins
the bioavailability of plant-based minerals and vitamins is not equivalent to the bioavailability of animal-based nutrients it's just not
animal foods are more bioavailable in terms of nutrients and you asked what about a multivitamin I would say multiply demons are even worse than plants that's the problem they're not bioavailable they're not cofactors for many of these nutrients so why are we not surprised yeah every red meter liver and pee like bright yellow
I do think that animal foods and I think you would agree with this are the clear source of the most nutrient rich foods that are the most bioavailable
the bioavailability of nutrients between plants and animal foods is not even in the same ballpark
animal foods are the most nutrient dense who's on the planet and we really don't need anything in plants there's nothing valuable there that we can't get through animals
animal foods provide all of the nutrients that human needs in the most bioavailable forms to live optimally
the first part of that statement animal foods provide all of the nutrients a human needs to live optimally like that is difficult to debate nutritionally and factually
animal foods are incredibly nutrient rich they're incredibly bioavailable animal foods are the ultimate multivitamin
and so if you look at it the iö availability and the forms of the nutrients in animals are just much more compatible with humans
gosh you can make a really strong argument it's basically an open-and-shut case that animal foods are the most nutrient rich foods on the planet and the most nutrient bioavailable foods on the planet
really realizing that if we're hoping to get vitamins and minerals the absolute best place to get those is from animals hands-down bar none in terms of bioavailability and raw amounts vitamin C is the only exception to that
so we come back to the same story if we want to absorb vitamins and minerals and amino acids animal foods are clearly better for us
what are the most nutrient-dense foods on the what are the foods that have the most content of fat soluble vitamins water soluble vitamins minerals in the most bioavailable forms if we ask the question empirically if we ask the question scientifically the answer is animal foods without a doubt without a doubt nutrients much more present
contrary to mainstream media animal foods are the most nutritious foods on the planet and they should form a central part of every humans diet
in terms of nutrient bioavailability and nutrient adequacy it's really hard to get the nutrients we need from plant foods which is why I kind of suggest in the book plant foods are probably just survival foods for most humans if you get you want if you eat them in a pinch that's ok but generally speaking if you want the most nutritious foods your diet should be composed of a lot of animal foods
you could get those same nutrients or even more nutrients in more bioavailable forms in organ meats or eating more uh rich animal foods more well-raised grass-finished uh regenerative animal foods
those are really the major superfoods where humans get the majority of their nutrients in the most bioavailable forms
if you want nutrients you need animal foods you can get sub-optimal levels of those nutrients from not quite as bio-available sources in plant foods but again in my opinion this is the thesis in my book animal foods are king they are the superfoods
we can talk about animal protein has unique things more bioavailable and if you eat the full animal meat and organs you're getting all these other nutrients that come with it many of which are difficult to find in the plant kingdom
amounts of riboflavin how about zinc that's bioavailable selenium the list goes on and on biotin it is a huge list of nutrients that are really only available in significantly bioavailable forms in appreciable quantities in animal foods
the vitamins and minerals and plant Foods we know are not nearly as bioavailable as they are in animal Foods
animal Foods meat and organs specifically or dairy are more nutrient dense have unique nutrients that plant Foods don't have
